1. Pharmacy Licensing & Regulatory Compliance
Bloom Pharmacy operates through licensed pharmacy establishments in Egypt. Medicines ordered through our website are supplied and dispensed through licensed pharmacy operations under the supervision of licensed pharmacists, in accordance with applicable Egyptian laws, regulations, and Egyptian Drug Authority requirements.
2. Prescription & Dispensing Policy
To order medicines through our website, please proceed by adding items to your cart and placing your order normally. If your order includes items that require a medical prescription or additional verification, our customer service team will contact you after the order is placed to request a copy of the prescription via our dedicated WhatsApp number: 01026562982.
To expedite the process, you may also proactively send your prescription along with your order number to the same WhatsApp number. The prescription will be reviewed by a licensed pharmacist to verify the requested medicines before order completion and delivery. Please note that submitting a prescription is a regulatory verification step required by Egyptian dispensing laws, and customers must still build and place their orders directly through the storefront.
3. Physician Consultation Guidance
Bloom Pharmacy provides pharmacist-supervised dispensing. Customers who require a medical diagnosis, a new prescription, a change in treatment, or physician consultation should consult a licensed physician before using the medication. Bloom Pharmacy does not replace medical diagnosis or prescribing by a physician.
